Exchanges&Return Policy


Returns:

We only accept exchanges.

Exchanges:

  •  exchanged within 7 days from shipment invoice confirmation date. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. All merchandise must be in saleable condition when returned to Glintshop. All items should be in their original packaging. For example, belts, shoe boxes, eyewear cases, authenticity cards, and dust bags-must be included and returned in its original condition.
  • You will must pay the difference credit of your new purchase (for a replacement item of equal or more value.,you would pay for shipping, and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Glintshop is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherweise not received.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

  • - Europe by UPS: within 3 to 5 days to most 
  • -EEUU + CANADA by FEDEX: within 3 to 5 days to most 
  • -Rest of the world  by FEDEX or UPS: within 4 to 9 days to most 
  • - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
